Job summary

Centerstone in Seymour, IN seeks a compassionate part-time professional to assist clients with daily living activities, document behaviors, and lead group and individual recreational activities as part of a treatment team.

You will support clinical staff, help implement care plans, and help clients access entitlements. Associates degree and two years related experience preferred; benefits include health coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Assists clients with daily living activities and tracks, monitors and documents behaviors and interactions. Plans therapeutic recreation activities for groups, steers department philosophy toward purposeful interventions and therapies, works with other clinical staff on special projects and duties. Leads individual and group activities with clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Education Level
