Centerstone in Columbus, Indiana, is seeking a Part-time Behavioral Support role to assist clients with daily living activities, monitor and document behaviors, and lead group activities as part of therapeutic recreation efforts.

The position involves working with clinical staff on special projects, implementing care plans, and helping clients access basic needs and entitlements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to support our clients and treatment teams.

• Associates degree required; two years of related work or college coursework may substitute for degree requirement.
• Two years of related work or related college experience.
• Certification/Licensure: N/A

Responsabilités

• Observe and document client compliance with medication regimes as dictated in the treatment plan.
• Assist clinical staff in meeting and monitoring the client’s medical and health care needs.
• Assist in the implementation of programs as specified by supervisor.
• Facilitate group activities according to program schedule and implement individualized care plans as developed by treatment team.
• Assist clients in learning how to meet basic needs and securing appropriate entitlements.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION

Assists clients with daily living activities and tracks, monitors and documents behaviors and interactions. Plans therapeutic recreation activities for groups, steers department philosophy toward purposeful interventions and therapies, works with other clinical staff on special projects and duties. Leads individual and group activities with clients.
