Qualifications

• Ability to write documentation of patients' behavior and clinical records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients and assist in a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Assist in activities of daily living and monitor patient health.
• Obtain vital signs, administer oxygen, and perform tests when trained; assist with ECG testing.
• De-escalate patients and communicate concerns to treatment staff.
• Document clinical records and routine reports with accuracy.
