Qualifications

• Specialized training in basic patient care preferred (e.g. CNA, MA, military medical training, NA, NT, nursing student who has completed skills labs or has at least 6 months experience in direct patient care).

• BLS Required at the time of Hire

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support under supervision, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical support and compassionate service.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health Specialist or registered nurse to support patient care and safety.
• Participate in staff wellness initiatives and safety programs as part of daily operations.
