Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to oversee operations and patient care within a behavioral health setting. You will plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate departmental activities while serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients.

The role may include acting as a staff nurse when necessary. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, promote a collaborative environment, ensure quality care, and participate in patient evaluation, education, and relapse prevention activities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and current state licensure.
• Minimum two years of direct patient care experience as a registered nurse and one year as a charge nurse.
• Certifications in BLS and NRP; BSN preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, standing, walking, and various physical movements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team in a behavioral health setting.
• Assist in ensuring quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, promoting a collaborative team atmosphere.
