Job summary

GOBHI in Bend, Oregon is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to support behavioral health and CMHP networks. You will post jobs, source candidates, screen applications, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and background checks.

Responsibilities include building candidate pipelines for clinical roles, driving recruitment operations with Paylocity Recruiting and Bhcareers.org, and ensuring compliant, inclusive hiring practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, behavioral health or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three years’ recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in behavioral health.
• Experience recruiting for behavioral health, social services, and CMHP roles.
• Strong customer service and ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Proficiency with Paylocity Recruiting or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Post jobs, source candidates, screen applications, and conduct phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and background checks.
• Build candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill clinical and behavioral health roles.
• Provide timely follow-up and a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment records and generate time-to-fill metrics.
