Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with patients and maintain appropriate boundaries.
• Assist in unit management with astute observations.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Document patient responses and progress to goals and patient/family education.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and notify RN of abnormalities.
• Complete environmental rounds, safety observations, and hourly rounds.
• Participate in Unit CQI and Chart QA.
• Meet Standards of Professional Behavior.
• Perform other duties to ensure unit operation.
