Job summary
Devereux in Goleta, California is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with emotional and behavioral needs. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 12 years of related experience.
- Experience with individuals under 21 with psychological or behavioral disorders preferred.
- Driver's license is a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with their individualized plans and ensure safety.
- Plan and document programs to meet personal needs.
- Participate in community outings and transport individuals.
- Mentor staff and provide feedback.
- Care for individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors.
- Provide bathing and hygiene care.
