Job summary

USC Healthy Minds in Clarksburg, WV is seeking staff to provide direct services to clients within a behavioral health program. You will support clients, families and associates, maintain confidentiality, and help implement treatment and living skills plans.

The role requires attention to documentation, teamwork in IDTs, and safe transport of clients. Thursday through Saturday shifts are included, with a 36-hour workweek in a non-exempt schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• State criminal background check and Federal background check if applicable for regulated areas.
• AMAP certification preferred.
• Six months of similar work experience in human service or education setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services to clients in a professional manner.
• Creates and maintains a cooperative and positive atmosphere for clients and staff.
• Follows behavior management and living skills plans and nursing plans of care as directed.
• Uses good judgment to act in the client’s best interest while handling various tasks.
• Completes required documentation accurately (progress notes, SALs, analyses, etc.).
• Maintains documentation in compliance with regulations and deadlines.
• Meets productivity standards and participates in IDTs and community services teams.
• Transports clients as per treatment and activity schedules.
