Formación

• Masters degree and NJ-LCSW or NJ-RN license.
• 5+ years relevant experience with supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and community resources.
• Ability to lead and manage a team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and administer the Department of Behavioral Health.
• Plan, assess, implement and maintain department services to promote positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation standards.
• Provide leadership to teams toward organizational goals.
• Oversee budget development, reports, and cost controls.
• Counsel patients and families regarding psychosocial needs.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and staff.
• Produce clear, concise written documentation.
• Plan, organize and manage workload to achieve outcomes.
• Foster professional environment and infection control adherence.
