Qualifications

• RN or LVN with valid Texas license and nursing degree/credential.
• Ability to provide patient-centered care in behavioral health.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical, emotional, and psychological health.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments with accurate dosing and monitoring.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities promptly.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and specimen collection per protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, medications, and self-care.
• Coordinate with physicians and peers to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain complete EHR documentation in compliance with regulations.
