Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related social sciences.
• NCCAP preferred
• Recreational therapy training preferred
• CPR certification required
• Correctional environment experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Use recreational and social activities to foster skill building and problem solving.
• Support treatment objectives as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Help patients reinforce social, adaptive, and independent living skills.

Education
