Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in recreation therapy or closely related field.
• NCCAP certification preferred.
• Completion of an approved clinical internship in the rehabilitation field.
• Two years of full-time paid experience in clinical, residential, or community settings after degree.

Responsibilities

• Foster skill building, problem solving, and treatment objectives through recreational and social activities.
• Support patients as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance social, adaptive, and independent living skills.
• Assist with program activities and documentation as required.

Education
