Job Overview: As part of the Clinical Resource (CR) Team, the Behavioral Health Specialist provides direct patient care, safety, supervision, and management of children and adolescents with behavioral health needs across various settings including emergency services, medical units, and behavioral health programs. Duties are performed under the supervision of a licensed professional and include implementing behavioral treatment plans and working alongside clinical staff to maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment.
