Behavioral Health Specialist Clinical Resource Team
Location: Denver; Aurora, Colorado; Broomfield; All Locations
As part of the Clinical Resource (CR) Team, the Behavioral Health Specialist serves as a system-wide resource responsible for direct patient care, safety, supervision, and management of children and adolescents with behavioral health needs across diverse environments such as emergency services, medical units, and behavioral health programs. Performs duties under the supervision of a licensed professional and implements behavioral treatment plans. Collaborates with clinical professionals to provide a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment.
The Behavioral Health Specialist may start their shift in one unit and be reallocated to another based on census and acuity to meet operational needs. Extended periods in one department may occur to offset long-term absences.

Annual Salary Range: $21.35 to $32.02 per hour
Hours per week: Part-time and Full-time positions available. Please specify your preferences in the application questions.

Note: The BHS may be reallocated to different units based on operational needs, with possible extended time in one department to offset long-term absences through the Months Program.
