What You’ll DoBuild meaningful, positive relationships with youth.Encourage youth to reach their personal, social, and educational goals.Plan and participate in fun group activities and community outings.Use TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and trauma-informed strategies.Support youth during challenging moments and help them regain a sense of control.Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment.Work as part of a team to support each young person’s individual needs and goals. High School diploma/GED.Preferred Education and Experience:Associates or higher degree.At least 1 year of experience in serving at risk youth or in a residential program.A background or college courses in education, social work, or psychology.Additional Eligibility Qualifications:CPR / First Aid certified.Ability to handle physical activities, including recreational activitiesGood driving record
