Base pay range

$58,354.00/yr - $62,841.00/yr

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with high-acuity children and families in a mental health setting.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Work occurs in various settings, including offices, therapy rooms, playgrounds, schools, homes, and community spaces.
• Requires some standing, bending, walking, running, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to physically restrain children up to age 13 when necessary.
• Personal vehicle required for travel to meet clients.
