Job summary

Universal Health Services' Rolling Hills Hospital in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking Behavioral Health Specialists to support adolescents and adults with medical and behavioral health challenges. You’ll work under an LPN/RN and be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, supporting daily living activities, and promoting therapeutic programming, with 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or coursework preferred in relevant fields.
• Experience or coursework in healthcare or mental health is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Rolling Hills Hospital is a 130-bed behavioral health hospital in Franklin, Tennessee, providing inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use treatment services for adolescents, adults, and seniors. With an expansion underway that will increase capacity to 154 beds, we remain committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care while creating opportunities for talented professionals to grow their careers and make a meaningful impact.

We are seeking dedicated and patient-focused individuals to join our team as Behavioral Health Specialists. In this role, you will support patients between ages 13 and beyond who are experiencing medical and behavioral health challenges. Working under the supervision of an LPN/RN and as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, you will:

• Assist with direct patient care and daily management
• Support therapeutic and leisure programming
• Promote activities of daily living based on each patient's developmental level and abilities

Your work will play a vital role in helping patients progress toward their treatment goals in a supportive and structured environment.

DAY SHIFT (7A-7PM), NIGHT SHIFT (7P-7A); 12 Hour shifts three days a week. Rotating weekends.

  • Psychiatric aide
  • Rehabilitation or psychiatric care
