Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Licensure with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners preferred.
• CPR, BLS, and CPI certification required prior to direct patient interaction.
• Minimum of two years of related behavioral health, social work, or clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
• Orients patients and families to services and expectations.
• Monitors progress and updates the team on barriers and needs.
• Completes timely EMR documentation and coordinates care with providers.
• Facilitates psychoeducational groups and discharge planning.
