Qualifications

• Valid CA Driver’s License and ability to work in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health, Primary Care, and multidisciplinary teams.
