Responsibilities

• Performs internal/external patrols and maintains a safe environment.
• Responds to service calls, documents incidents, and reports findings.
• Uses trauma-informed care to de-escalate situations as needed.
• Provides information to Security Center and completes incident reports.
• Assists clinical teams and uses approved defensive techniques when necessary.
