Job summary

Lifelong Access is seeking a Rehabilitative Services Associate (RSA) in Normal, Illinois. The RSA will provide direct care as part of the Behavioral Health Clinic team, including implementing treatment plans and supporting clients in their daily activities.

This part-time position requires strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and a desire to work with individuals with disabilities. Competitive pay of $18.35 per hour is offered, along with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable assisting with daily living activities.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health services per treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Facilitate community integration for clients.
