Job summary

Claytonhome is seeking compassionate individuals to support adults with serious mental illness in a residential setting in Chicago. You will assist with daily routines, monitor hygiene, and help maintain a safe, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, engaging in therapeutic interactions, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including crisis intervention when needed.
