Duke Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Rounding Nurse (BHRN) to support nursing staff and optimize patient care across non-behavioral health settings, including medical/surgical floors and CDU. The BHRN collaborates with Psychiatry Consultation-Liaison members to respond to behavioral concerns and facilitate rounds.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN program.
• Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care.
• Act as liaison between nursing staff and Psychiatry Consultation-Liaison team.
• Lead Behavioral Emergency Responses and provide staff education.
