Job summary

All Points North (APN) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for multiple full-time shifts. Weekends are required.

The RN provides direct patient care in behavioral health and substance use settings, including nursing assessments, medication management, withdrawal monitoring, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams. Role involves supporting clients before, during, and after Plus Services such as Ketamine Therapy, DTM, Neurofeedback, and HBOT, while ensuring medical safety and

Qualifications

• Requires ADN or BSN in Nursing with trauma-informed/psychiatric focus preferred.
• 2+ years in mental health, substance use treatment, detox, or medical-surgical nursing.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and Plus Services is valued.

Responsibilities

• Take and monitor vital signs; observe detox/withdrawal symptoms and report changes.
• Administer medications; monitor side effects and educate patients.
• Develop individualized care plans reflecting client needs and goals.
• Coordinate for Plus Services (Ketamine, DTM, Neurofeedback, HBOT) and monitor sessions.
• Document accurately in EMR, MARs, and assessments in accordance with standards.
