Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current CT RN license.
• BLS certification required upon hire and maintained during employment.
• CPI and de-escalation training required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinate patient care by collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate regularly about the patient’s clinical condition and changes in response to treatment.
• Maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic milieu and age-appropriate care for the patient population served.
