Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN License in state of employment.
• Physical requirements: Medium work, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; evaluate response and intervene for optimal outcome.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care; observe outcomes with interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including IVs, wound care, meds, catheterization, specimen collection.
• Maintain patient charts accurately; document status and interventions; use IT to communicate and support decision-making.
