Job summary

Lifeline Connections in the Pacific Northwest seeks a psychiatric clinical professional to deliver integrated behavioral health services to patients with substance use and mental health conditions.

You will conduct psychiatric assessments, manage medications with ARNP/psychiatrist, and support treatment planning and coordination across the care team, ensuring patient-centered care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting psychiatric assessments.
• Ability to manage and administer psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with ARNP/psychiatrist on treatment plans.
• Strong documentation and patient confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing psychosocial assessment of patient goals and needs.
• Develop and implement transdisciplinary treatment plans with the care team.
• Administer psychotropic medications under supervision and monitor effects.
• Coordinate medical and psychiatric assessments with community physicians.
• Ensure patient-centered, culturally competent care and accurate charting.
