Lifepoint Health is seeking a registered nurse to administer nursing care to patients with substance use disorders and psychiatric or emotional conditions. You will coordinate general and psychiatric care, lead the unit staff, and advocate for patient safety and well-being.

You will ensure orders are followed, participate in treatment planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care while maintaining empathy and respect for all patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing or relevant state licensure.
• Current unencumbered RN license to practice per State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification and CPI training within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and plan care within set timeframes and document findings.
• Oversee and supervise the shift and staff.
• Demonstrate leadership through delegation and close observation.
• Ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care.
• Monitor patient condition and notify physician as required.
