Job summary

Volunteers of America, Utah is seeking a Registered Nurse to support medication management in a residential treatment setting. You will collaborate with the APRN and Psychiatrist to administer medications and provide related services.

The role requires an active Utah RN license, experience in inpatient psychiatric care, strong documentation, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekend grave shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Utah Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings preferred.
• Ability to document clearly and promptly in medical records.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and related medical services.
• Collaborate with Psychiatrist or APRN on medication management.
• Arrange for required lab work and ensure proper documentation.
• Screen and monitor clients for medical issues and educate staff.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and treatment providers as needed.
• Attend daily meetings and treatment planning sessions.
