Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Communicates with care team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code activities.
• Maintains infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Documents care thoroughly in the medical record and supports education for patients and families.
