Job summary

Oceans Healthcare, L.L.C. is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to cover day (7a-7p) and night (7p-7a) shifts at the new Behavioral Health Center project in south central Oklahoma.

The RN will lead milieu management and direct patient care activities for nursing staff, ensuring quality, policy alignment, and licensure maintenance. Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments, implementing individualized care plans, and reporting patient progress with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide safe medication administration and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation of symptoms, progress, and responses.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Identify risk levels and discharge planning considerations.
• Monitor psychiatric conditions and respond to crises as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, state regulations and policies.
• Float across clinical services as needed and assist staff.
