Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures and monitor functions as ordered by medical providers.
• Document care administration in the patient medical record timely.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs proactively.
• Manage quality of care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Serve as the interface between healthcare providers and support systems.
