Job summary

Safe Harbor Recovery Center in Portsmouth, Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse (PRN) to provide nursing care and supervise care delivered by LPNs and CNAs on the assigned unit. Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients.

• Develops and evaluates individual plans of care for each client.
• Assesses and reassesses patients; communicates changes to the team.
• Administers medications and monitors responses under provider supervision.
