• Performs nursing assessments and initiates care plans to guide patient care.
• Administers medications and documents effectiveness, including PRN doses.
• Maintains safe milieu and supports treatment goals during admission and discharge.
• Collaborates with medical/psychiatric providers and treatment teams.
