Job summary

Portsmouth Regional Hospital, part of the HCA Healthcare family, invites you to join our Behavioral Health RN team in Portsmouth, NH. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.

This is a full-time day position (36 hours per week), schedule 7a–7p, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. You will assess patient conditions, perform procedures, and document care in the medical record.

Qualifications

• NH RN license required
• Associate Degree of Nursing required
• 6 months RN experience required
• BLS and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within specified timelines

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift
• Perform procedures and document care in the medical record
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and develop treatment plans
• Interface with community support systems for ongoing care
