Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Manchester Memorial Hospital team, located in the Greater Manchester region. The role focuses on direct and indirect patient care within a behavioral health context, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team and ensuring rapid response to clinical changes.

The ideal candidate holds an active CT RN license, BLS certification, and will receive CPI de-escalation training within three months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with an active Connecticut RN license.
• BLS certification required on hire; maintain clinical competency.
• CPI and de-escalation training within 3 months of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team and monitor clinical changes.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu and provide age-appropriate care across the patient population.
