Job summary

Adventist HealthCare's Shady Grove Medical Center - Behavioral Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to reinforce patient-centered care during night shifts. You will develop care plans, monitor conditions, mentor students and staff, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications include Maryland RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS/NRP as required, 1–3 years experience, and NCLEX passing. This Per Diem night-shift role offers $48/hour and contributes to a faith-based organization

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license required.
• Active BLS certification.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Passing NCLEX required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience; eligible to sit for specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care according to patient population.
• Identifies changes in patient condition and initiates corrective action.
• Mentors students, colleagues and team members in patient-centered care.
• Conducts purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective.
• Participates in quality initiatives and evidence-based practice.

Skills
