SolutionHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Pathways, a 16-bed inpatient behavioral health unit. You will deliver compassionate care to adults with psychiatric disorders, participate in de‑escalation and crisis management, and foster a therapeutic environment for patients and families across shifts.

Requires NH RN licensure; ASN/BSN preferred; BLS during orientation and ACLS preferred. Cross training on PEP available.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in NH, compact, or multistate required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care for patients with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders.
• Utilize de‑escalation and crisis management techniques.
• Create a therapeutic, caring environment for patients and families.
