Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa or a valid multistate licensure.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Ability to be non-judgmental regarding living and health decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assesss and evaluates patients' physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Coordinate care with inpatient and outpatient behavioral health teams.
• Provide education to patients, families, and community members.
• Document patient information accurately in the medical record.
• Deliver competent patient care based on age-specific needs and procedures.
• Communicate changes to the care team and multidisciplinary staff.
