Qualificações

• BSN or higher strongly preferred.
• Current RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2+ years RN experience; 1 year supervisory/charge RN experience.
• 1 year experience with the population.
• 2 years prior experience with population preferred.
• Prior house supervisor experience preferred.
• 1 year of charge RN or administrative experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct nursing operations for assigned units and oversee behavioral health/nursing services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet residents' biopsychosocial needs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and nursing standards; prioritize patient safety.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; develop educational programs.
• Prepare reports on programs, services and quality initiatives.
• Manage budgets and expenditures; provide direct care as needed.
