A leading behavioral health service provider in San Antonio seeks a qualified nurse to lead Mental Health Workers and provide direct patient care. The role requires knowledge of nursing assessments and medication administration. Ideal candidates will have excellent documentation skills and the ability to develop therapeutic relationships. • Ability to delegate responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
• Experience in Mental Health Nursing preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership and direction to Mental Health Workers and LVNs.
• Assesses patient/resident care.
• Administers medication and medical treatment as prescribed.
• Documents nursing care and treatment progression.
