Responsibilities

• Apply psychiatric nursing knowledge and evidence-based care specific to patient needs.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders; document care and progress accurately.
• Ensure continuity of care by clear communication of needs and plans to staff.
• Float among clinical services and support staff as needed.
