National Park Medical Center is hiring an Intake & Assessment Clinician, RN for behavioral health. You will triage safety, assess patients, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care for those with substance use or psychiatric needs.

As an RN, you will provide nursing care, advocate for patients, and follow medical orders while supporting a therapeutic environment and collaboration with external providers. This is a full-time on-site position.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license to practice.
• Experience in psychiatric health care preferred.

Mansioni

• Receives inquiry calls and schedules face-to-face, phone, or tele-assessments.
• Triages individuals based on safety risk.
• Coordinates with the clinical team for patient assessments and care.
• Administers nursing care and ensures safety and well-being of patients.
