Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (BHRN) to provide psychiatric evaluation and therapy to homebound patients. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient and family, and referring agencies.

This role requires a nursing degree, RN license, 1–2 years of psychiatric nursing experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. We offer growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1–2 years nursing experience in a psychiatric/home health setting preferred.
• Current state RN license.
• Current state Driver’s License.
• CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive in-home psychiatric assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and referral agencies.
• Provide skilled nursing interventions related to behavioral health.
• Maintain accurate medication profiles and OASIS/assessments as required.
• Complete admissions, reconciliations, and discharges per standards.
• Ensure documentation supports medical necessity and homebound status.
