Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NH license or Compact License.
• AHA BCLS certification plus CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent therapeutic measures and coordinate care with physicians.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, families and staff.
• Document nursing assessments and progress notes daily.
• Participate in treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Supervise nursing staff when directed by Nurse Manager.
• Promote a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
