Job summary

OhioHealth Corporation is seeking a Staff RN for the Behavioral Health Unit at Marion General Hospital in Marion, OH. This full-time role (36 hrs/wk) is on the day shift and involves delivering professional nursing care to patients while supporting a high reliability organization.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with a focus on safety, quality, and patient outcomes in a 24/7 department. A BSN is required after 5 years of employment, and Ohio RN licensure is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for patients in the Behavioral Health unit.
• Perform ongoing health status assessments and document findings.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions within the plan of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care.
• Participate in process improvements and maintain 24/7/365 unit operations.
