Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have RN license to work at Hackensack Meridian Health locations by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• BSN within five years of hire for applicable staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team to a variety of patients.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
• Delegate, validate, and evaluate care and oversee other caregivers.
