Zusammenfassung

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 7th Outpatient Site. This role works closely with community members in crisis to implement behavioral management interventions and to document treatment progress.

Ideal candidate has knowledge of medications, Arizona Nursing Rules, crisis intervention techniques, and can work with minimal supervision within a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Arizona.
• At least 2 years post-degree experience in psychiatric nursing or integrated clinic setting; or a Master’s in Psychiatric Nursing.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and participate in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive upon hire.
• Documentation of education, relevant work experience and credentials is required.

Aufgaben

• Perform nursing assessment on consumers admitted.
• Accept and execute medication orders from physicians.
• Oversee and maintain medication records per agency policies and state regulations.
• Coordinate care with BH Medical Practitioner and PCP.
• Lead and participate in treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely fashion.
