Job summary

Southwest Behavioral & Health Services seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Kingman outpatient team on a PRN basis. You will work with children and adults needing psychiatric care, collaborating with the psychiatric prescriber to support stabilization and recovery.

Responsibilities include injections, blood draws, charting, and coordinating care while adhering to Arizona nursing standards. A valid AZ RN license and fingerprint clearance are required for this role, with pay at $38 per

Qualifications

Registered Nurse licensed in Arizona in good standing.
Minimum one year of behavioral health or healthcare nursing experience.
Must have fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive upon hire.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of State of Arizona Nursing Rules and Regulations. Works with Clinical Supervisor to assure the Unit meets standards.
Ability to work with clients and their families on their stabilization over an extended period of time.
Performs injections, draw blood & sends samples to the lab.
Performs initial and annual assessments.
Medication delivery as needed.
Administer methadone on Saturdays, at least every 4 weeks and as needed according to program needs.
